You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 nights before arrival.

In case of cancellation after this deadline, the amount relating to the first night's stay will be retained.

In case of refund, the price of the room will be paid net of bank management costs related to the transaction.

1.3. Non-refundable rates:

Our rates are generally NON-REFUNDABLE. In case of cancellation, the entire amount paid will be retained.

During the Barcolana event, only non-refundable rates apply. For these reservations, full payment is required at the time of online booking.

1.4. Early departures:

In case of a stay that has already begun, if the guest decides to leave early, the unused nights will not be refunded.

2.2. Any bank charges associated with changes or refunds will be borne by the guest.
